The League of Villains are the main antagonistic faction of the The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius) finale with the same name. They are a alliance of villains that teamed up to destroy Jimmy Neutron, although there are some villains that Jimmy had defeated were not members.
Their meeting place was the Junkman's ship. They appeared in the episode of the same name but, by then end of the episode, Zix, Travoltron, and Tee had quit the alliance, and the rest were trapped in the past.

- Ooblar, Flippy, Sydney Moist, Meldar Prime, Bueford Lee Stormshuckle, The Nanobots, Evil Jimmy Neutron, Yoo-Yee, The Pizza Monster, The Copbot, Seymour Nimmelfarb, Evil Carl Wheezer, Evil Sheen Estevez, Evil Cindy Vortex, Evil Libby Folfax, Evil Goddard, Evil Hugh Neutron, Evil Judy Neutron, Evil Winifred Fowl, Evil Sam Melvick and the villains from the Jimmy Timmy Power Hours (like Denzel Crocker, Anti-Cosmo, Anti-Wanda, the Anti-Fairies) are not in the League of Villains.
- Ooblar had a reason for not being present; King Goobot traded him to the Bulgozians for sulfur butter. The possibilities of why the other villains are not part of it could because Seymour is more of a jerk, Dr. Moist’s hideout could probably never been found by King Goobot, Meldar was probably still in custody of the aliens he threatened, Evil Jimmy was probably still trapped in the dark matter dimension, Warden Stormshuckle is still in jail, Yoo-Yee is Sheen's enemy, and not Jimmy's, The Cop-Bot is ceased to exist, the evil clones are still trapped in the dark matter dimension, King Goobot could never found Timmy Turner's dimension for Mr. Crocker and the Anti Faries, the nano-bots are not quite villainous, Filppy is still destroyed, and the Pizza Monster is just Jimmy, Carl and Sheen's nightmare.
- The villains were supposed to return in the planned season four. One of the overarching stories would've been about them escaping from prehistory, rebuilding their organization and planning the final blow to Jimmy and his friends. In the planned series finale, all of Team Neutron would've teamed up and defeated them once and for all.
- The League of Villains are parodies of DC Comics' Legion of Doom, Secret Society of Super Villains, Brotherhood of Evil, Injustice League, Rogues and Marvel Comics' Masters of Evil, Brotherhood of Evil Mutants, Frightful Four, Sinister Six, Sinister Syndicate, Lethal Legion, Decepticons and Predators from the Transformers franchise, Arachnos from city of heroes/ city of villains, Rengades from chanellenge of the gobots, Injustice Friends from dexter's laboratory, Sinister Society and Frightful Five from amalgam comics, Cyberdata from cyber force, Tyrannos from dinosaucers, V.E.N.O.M. from m.a.s.k.s., Shadaloo from Street Fighter and Galactic Empire from Star Wars.
