Lacey St. Clair and Victorie are the main antagonists of The Loud House episode "A Mutt Above".

Lancy was voiced by Chandni Parekh and Victorie was also voiced by Dee Bradley Baker.

Biographies[]

A Mutt Above[]

Lacey and Victorie arrives to meet Lana and Charles who mocking the two for how dirty they are. Lacey challenges Lana by stating that Victorie wins the local dog show several times, which Lana accepts the challenge and decides to train Charles.

At the dog show, Lacey and Victorie are surprised when they see the new and improved Charles which Lola change him. During the show, Victorie is finish up her routine and Charles shown to be more competitor, but the two competitors have a tie which they have to do a walk-off and each dog will take one last trot around the ring for the judges.

The next day, Lacey and Victorie arrives with the trophy which they already win the dog show yesterday while meeting Lana and Charles once again. She and Victorie gets splashed with mud by Lana and Charles who driving them both away.

Sibling Rivalry[]

In the comic book issue "A Petty Playdate", Lacey and Victorie hang around at the park, but Victorie discovers Lana and her pets playing a game of mud surprise. Victorie decides to join Lana's pets for a game and add little flair to the mud pie.

Lacey arrives to scold Lana for trying to feed Victorie a mud pie and states that she taste any food to give Victorie which Lana couldn't be careful.

Personalities[]

Lacey is very competitive and bossy. She is rude, especially when it comes to competing with others in dog shows. She claims that Victorie has won the local dog show several times, indicating that she means business. She dislikes Lana and Charles just because they are unhygienic, and wants to let them know by challenging Charles to enter the dog show. She does not like Lola either, due to her being Lana's sister, and for supporting her. Lacey despises all things filthy and gross such as mud, dirt, and worms.

Victorie is as stingy and arrogant as her owner.

Appearances[]

Lacey is a dark-skinned little girl with long brunette hair, buckteeth and two pairs of eyelashes. She wears a pink bow, a vanilla colored long-sleeved dress with a white collar and cuffs along with a white band around her waist, completed with white socks and black Mary Jane shoes. She is also a year older than Lana and Lola, even though she is in their class.

Victorie is a small white Yorkshire terrier with light blonde ears, muzzle, tail and hair. She wears a pink bow and has small dot eyes.
