Ken Turner is a con artist who has manipulated and reproduced children more that 5o women, he appears as the main antagonist of the episode ''Bang'' of Law and Order SVU in season 12.

A baby is found out of a gymnasium, and Special Victims Unit detectives Olivia Benson and Elliot Stabler investigate the child's identity. The baby, Jasper, is the adopted son of woman named Dede Aston. Imelda appears crying when the detectives apeak with her that she is worried about the cradle does. A neighbor named Wade heard shouts coming from the apartment the night the baby disappeared. A condom is used and found in the trash and the nanny says that Dede was away on a business trip and Imelda invited her boyfriend the lawyer, Ken Turner.
Dede arrives to the room to recover the baby and Ken also appears. What happens is that Dede and Ken are engaged and it was Ken's idea to adopt him. He knew a pregnant woman who was a drug addict, and Ken got Dede to take custody of the child because she would be very capable of giving a better life.
Imelda soon tells Dede that Ken does not love him and that he promised to leave Dede as soon that he had a chance. Both Imelda and Dede have an explosive argument, with Dede stating that Imelda left the baby. Later when asked where she went on her business trip, Dede soon states that she never left town that night and she was staying in a hotel.
Dede then gets mad at Ken and says she's pregnant. Ken then is happy that even the condom has been stalled, because now the Jaspen has a new brother. Benson then realize that the condom broke too fast and that Ken may be a reproductive abuser. He has a strong desire to have children and nothing will anger him. Benson soon says that Ken punches holes in his condoms and that he's a type of a reproductive abuser. However, Dede is extremely passionate about Ken to hear his warnings.
Wade later admits to hijacking Jasper and putting him out of the kids's gym. He believes that the baby is in a terrible environment that he hoped one of the families that attended the academy would take him. Dede is relieved to hear the truth behind the kidnapping of the baby, but Benson then reveals that Ken has 20 children and that in fact he is also the son of Ken Turner.
The detectives then bring Dr. Audrey Shelton to assist in the case since she is an expert on reproductive abusers, and provides all the information on what goes on in Ken Turner's head when he seduces women and beget their children. Detectives later go to Bridget who is the mother of Jasper, a drug addict, she says he regrets having given his son to Ken and says he forced her to do it. Audrey soon realizes that she can facilitate an illegal adoption, without the consent of her mother.
Ken later is released from custody by technical aspect. Benson then confronts him along with all the women who carry their children along with all the children, Ken still does not apologize and states that he has another 47 and seven children inside the US and Europe, starting that he loves all children. The detectives are disgusted that may have caused so much suffering without breaking any law. Ken is later killed by car.
At the end of the episode is revealed that the killer is Audrey, she says that killed Ken, but states that unitentional, she claims to have met Ken and pretended to seduce him, and stabbing by revenge what he had done with those women. She after is arrested by to assassinate Ken Turner.
