Junmei Ito is one of the antagonists, he is also the killer of Hiroko Fuji. He was obsessed by Fuji but she rejected him because of System Sybil, who though she deserved to be with someone better, too, and she seemed to take pleasure in it, but when he became angry he chased her and killed her in cold blood with much violence, it is afterwards it is dead.
