This villain was proposed but was rejected by the community for not being heinous enough or lacks what is necessary to be a Pure Evil villain. Therefore, this villain shall be added to our "Never Again List", where proposed villains rejected by the community shall be placed to prevent future proposals of the same evil-doer. They can be proposed again (with the permission of an administrator) if new elements appear in their series that can change their status as non-PE villains.

Any act of adding this villain to the Pure Evil category without a proposal or creating a proposal for this villain without the permission of an administrator will result in a ban.

           NPE Lock
This villain was proposed and approved on this wiki to be close to being a Complete Monster/Pure Evil. While these villains may not be Complete Monsters, they certainly come close.

Only villains who have been approved on this wiki can be in the Near Pure Evil Category and have this template. Those who haven't been proposed/approved cannot since it hasn't been determined if they come close or not. Any act of removing this villain from the category without a Removal Proposal shall be considered vandalism (or a futile "heroic" attempt of redemption) and the user will have high chances of being terminated blocked. You cannot make said Removal Proposal without permission from an admin first.

An honor, to be sure.

This I impart unto you: Strength... is meaningless. You must be disappointed.
~ JP after training.

JP is the main antagonist of the 2023 video game Street Fighter 6, the seventh main installment of the Street Fighter franchise, and the main antagonist of the prequel comic, Days of the Eclipse.

He is the mysterious head of the Terra Network Partners, an NGO operating within the little-known South Asian nation of Nayshall. He is also the financial advisor of Shadaloo and the wielder of the Psycho Power, being passed on by M. Bison. He is the arch-nemesis of Ken Masters.

He was voiced by Tomokazu Sugita in Japanese (who also voiced Master of Masters in Kingdom Hearts, Charlotte Katakuri in One Piece, Dark Lugiel in Ultraman Ginga, and Satan in Castlevania: Lords of Shadow) and Wally Wingert in English (who also voiced Riddler in Batman: Arkham, Almighty Tallest Red in Invader Zim and M.O.D.O.K. in Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes).

Biography[]

Very little is known about JP, aside from being the financial head of Shadaloo. Before of the collapse of the organization, M. Bison bestowed his Psycho Power to JP and setting him as his successor. After the fall of Shadaloo and the death of Bison, JP founded his terrorist organization known as Amnesia, while using Terra Network Partners as his front of operations, as well as behind the prosperity of Nayshall. JP has been using alias for his schemes, such as "Johan Petrovich", a Russian oligarch, or "Jean-Philippe", a Frenchman. Ken Masters was also his business partner.
