Hope Garrett was a villainess who made his appearance in the episode Vulnerable as the main antagonist this episode of Law and Order SVU in season 4.
She was portrayed by Mary Kay Place.
Biography[]
Hope was the manager of a nursing home at Jubilee Towers and she is the prime suspect in the serial killings of several seniors.
Garrett would poison residents with high doses of epinephrine and she would then try to save them and look like a hero, which she really was not. Some residents were saved, but three of them died the same way. Before that, Garrett poisoned seven other elderly patients in Oak Glade. However, her methods were soon perceived by Benson and Stabler, she was then arrested. After, Dr. Melinda Warner made her statement against her, Garrett was found guilty and sentenced to death and executed.
