Harvey Wincroft is the main antagonist of the Ghost Town episode of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.
He is portrayed by Brian Howe.

Biography[]
Harvey worked for 25 years at a company called World-Send and carrying heavy boxes would give him enough money to buy a home in the Las Vegas neighborhood. At some point in his life, he settled with his family and became a captain of the local neighborhood guard. Harvey realizes that the area has been affected by the crisis and that criminals are moving there, as banks were putting many of the houses up for sale. After trying to call the police several times, and always receiving the same answers, he decides to do things on his own.

Promising revenge against the bandits, he then kills Cliff Kilo who was a drug dealer with a drug lab, then he kills Ryan Lester a pornography film producer who died while taking a shower, and when one of the girls who worked with him screams, Harvey shows sensibility and embrace her. After that, the CSI discover that the bloody shirts match Harvey and Marnie. And when Nick and Brass go there, he defends his actions by saying that he had done all that for his family. Nick convinces Harvey to intrigue himself because he is scaring his wife and daughter. Finally he tries to commit suicide but ends up giving up, and he is arrested later.
