H. H. Holmes (born as Herman Webster Mudget, was the first serial killers real life that appears in the American History, and main antagonist in the episode No Exit at the season 2 of the Supernatural.

Holmes was the first serial killer known in the United States, he was a doctor who deals with business and when he got enough money soon he created his castle of terror and started his pack, he build cameras that were on the wall of the Hotel. Soon the authorities began to suspect something, when he finds Holmes's belongings he was arrested and tried, although he has confessed only 27 deaths, although it is assumed that the body counts are 250, and could assume that counts could be more than 100 victims.
Holmes was hanged at the end of the 19th century and dead. Holmes soon turned a ghost haunted the place where he was executed. The brothers Sam and Dean Winchester realized that Holmes was not an easy ghost to be defeated because he asked to be buried in a concrete, every ten years Holmes would kidnap one of his two our three girls where he would bring them down where he tortured to death.
He kidnapped Jo but however he fell into the trap of the Winchesters, Jo was saved by Sam and Dean Winchester, they held him Holmes and closed the concrete exits with salt seen as he was unable to escape.
