Grumper is the main antagonist of the 2019 animated Christmas film, Elfland, as well as The Grump Who Stole Christmas 2 and Elf Day. He is a dastardly, green troll-like elf who plans on stealing Santa's sleigh and ruining Christmas, and so he does. He is master of his own dragon henchman Grus, and the archenemy of Tingle, Bingle, Dorabelle, Cheer, and Jingle.
He was voiced by Kelsey Painter.
