Grizzly Slash is one of the eight Maverick bosses that appears in Megaman X5.

Grizzly Slash is an arms dealer who sold illegal weapons to a russian warehouse. Although Grizzly Slash sells guns he is pacifist and despises violence. Due to his relationships he had a disagreement with Zero due to his scar in the left eye. While the Maverick Hunters left them for not showing danger, they later decide to deal with him during Earth Crises they need Crystal Ball to power Enigma Cannon. While Grizzly Slash is willing to cooperate with the Maverick Hunter, he says he has already been infected by the virus and would be furious and asks the X to fight him while still conscious. But if confronted by Zero he will punish him for the way he deals with the Mavericks and for the way he defeats him. Grizzly Slash will jump through the arena and shoot three small Crescent Shots. After losing a third of his health he will try to cut the player on the walls or use his arm to drill underneath. When Grizzly Slash is close to defeat he will shoot two large Crescent Shots. His weakness is the Spike Ball and the Twin Dream with the Zero.
