Grampa is the overarching antagonist of Dav Pilkey’s Dog Man book series.
He serves as one of the two secondary antagonists (alongside Piggy) of Dog Man: For Whom the Ball Rolls, one of the two main antagonists (alongside the Fair Fairy) of Dog Man: Fetch-22, and the main antagonist of Dog Man: Grime and Punishment and Dog Man: Mothering Heights.
Biography[]
In For Whom the Ball Rolls, Petey's Dad was invented to breakfast by Li'l Petey, much to Petey's dismay. Later when the balls were attacking the city, leaving Petey and his son to save the world as Grandpa steals all their stuff which he get busted by the cops and put in Cat Jail.
In Fetch 22, he escapes by looking like Petey and leaving Petey looking like him in jail. Later, he decided to help the Fair Fairy to take over the world. After the tadpoles lose their powers, Fair Fairy and Grandpa were trying to escape. After getting caught by the cops, he was taken to jail.
In Grime and Punishment he built the Motor Brain, after testing on Big Jim, which made him Snug. After finding out about the secret escape room, he asked Sung to have his invention. After becoming Crud, he robbed the bank. After falling into Dog Man's trap he managed to escape and use Living Spray on a giant paper bag into a monster paper bag. Later, Petey forgives him and stops hating him which made Grandpa throw his invention away, After Big Jim found the Motor Brain he put it on, became Snug again and chased Petey's Dad.
