Graham Winger is a psychopathic-serial killer and serial rapist, that appeared as the main antagonist of episode Hunting Ground of Law and Order SVU in season 13.
He was portrayed by Fred Arsenault.
History[]
Not much about Graham's story, besides being made a serial killer because of a prostitute, he soon began killing and raping women as if it were a game, he soon seduced a woman named Lizzie Zane, he then kidnapped her and raped her and tried to hurt her, however, she escapes. So while the police are looking for him grace to the portrait spoken by Lizzie one of Graham's many victims. He then kidnaps another woman named Hayley Grace, he rapes her and hunt with her dog from 3 to 12 February. After Olivia with the help of Lizzie goes along with the other members of SVU go to try arrest him. And he disarms Benson and soon has her at the sight of his gun, he then complains his hatred for the women and when he goes to shoot her, Amaro soon shoots and kills Graham.

- It is possible that Graham may have been inspired by Ramsay Bolton since the two characters are very much like Ramsay, Graham also hunted his victims using bow, arrow and dog during the hunt.
