Gloria Montero is the main antagonist of the episode Poisoned Motived, she is a spree killer who after her mother's death, and after leaving the army, she then decides to take revenge after.

Gloria was born by her father, Luis Montero who was a detective with the Narcotics Division of the NYRP.
