Gia DeLuca is a secondary antagonist who appeared in the episode One of Law and Order Criminal Intent.
She is portrayed by Michele Hicks.

Gia is Karl's girlfriend and partner in crime, she was Karl's most trusted accomplice. Then she would be ordered by Karl to take pictures of a safe in a jewelry store where $ 300 million worth of diamonds were being stored. Gia would also use her pseudonym Anna Hutchinson to acess stores, and she got a photo of the safe and gave it to Karl. Then she sent a couple who lived in an award winning home in Atlantic City. This allowed Karl along with his accomplices Jake Nathan, Michael Carson and Casten Zivkovic to use the double house to infiltrate the store. While Gia, Jake and Casten recovered the diamonds, Karl then killed Carson and then the couple's daughter and her boyfriend.

Then Karl speaks with Masucci Crime Family soldier Jimmy Randazzo, although Gia is present and becomes an indirect witness to the Jimmy murder. After Karl realizes that Jake had informed the police about his location, he runs and leaves Gia behind. After that, Robert Goren convinces Gia that Karl is just using her, and that he had a relationship with Michael who had AIDS, and that Karl could be infected and maybe Gia too. He also promises that she will receive all the care if she collaborates in Karl's arrest. Then with the cooperation of ADA Carver, Gia is released.
Later, with Gia's cooperation, she retrieves the diamonds and is received by Karl, who suspects the police have released her. She told him about Goren convincing him that he has AIDS and denies working for the police. Then she sleeps with him, after that Goren and the other officers arrest Karl, and Goren says he lied to her; after that Gia is arrested.
