Gene is the overarching antagonist in Wreck-It Ralph and a minor character in Ralph Breaks the Internet. He is the mayor of the Nicelanders in Fix-It Felix, Jr. He was the one who caused Ralph to leave his game after treating him cruelly.

He was played by Raymond Persi.

Story[]

Gene was seen having a dance party. Then Ralph showed up, and Gene rudely had a fight with Ralph because he can't win a medal because he is the bad guy who wrecks the building, making Ralph smash the cake and leave.

After Ralph returns to his game with his medal, Gene and Ralph had a chat, and Gene left the game and has Ralph live in the penthouse, hoping that he will die on his game.

At the end of the movie, Gene however begins to respect Ralph and realizes how important he was, along with all the other Nicelanders.
