Gavin Sullivan was antagonist from british soap opera EastEnders. He appeared briefly between August 2015 and July 2016, the character would later be killed off, off-screen in 2022.
Gavin was a gangster that had ties to many gangsters of the past such Den Watts, Eric Mitchell and Johnny Allen.
Gavin was the biological father of Sharon Watts and Zack Hudson. He was once married to Kathy Beale and he controlled her to the point he helped fake her death to keep her away from her family which included both of her sons Ian Beale and Ben Mitchell. Gavin turns up in Albert Sqaure in August 2015 looking for a returning Kath but his threatend by Kathy's former husband, Sharon's current husband and Ben's father, Phil Mitchell in retaliation to this Gavin and his men kidnap Phil for a couple of weeks and influct abuse and torture locking him in a dark room with a bottle of alcohol.
Gavin tried but failed to get to know Sharon. He also blackmailed Claudette Hubbard over the death of her husband, by 2016, Gavin's crimes caught up with him and after murdering his sister Margaret Midhurst by pushing hwr off a roof, Gavin is arrested and sent to prison.
Gavin later dies by July 2022 after a six year spell in prison. He leaves Kathy money behind which angers his son Zack.
Gavin Sullivan is played by Paul Nicholas.
