Scalpel is a minor antagonist in Transformers Revenge Of the Fallen

Scalpel is a small, insect-like Decepticon. He has a German accent and is a Doctor for the Decepticons.
Scalpel is first seen when Ravage and the constructicons to the sea, where Megatron lies deceased. Ravage had stolen the last shard of the AllSpark to resurrect Megatron. Scalpel discovered that Megatron required new parts to be repaired and resurrected. Scalpel instructed the Constructicons to rip the smallest of them, a constructicon named Scrapmetal, apart to get the required parts. Once repaired, Scalpel use the AllSpark shard to create energon and resurrect Megatron.
He is seen again when Megatron orders him to search Sam Witwicky’s brain for the location of the Matrix Of Leadership to complete the Fallen’s plan. He does so by inserting a worm into Sam that recovers his brain activity and returns the info to Scalpel. To receive the full info, Scalpel must take Sam’s brain out physically. As he starts, the Autobots attack. Scalpel is never seen again.
