Feech La Manna Was a longtime gangster Who Was originally made in Italy.he moved to America in the 1950s and joined the dimeo Crime Family .Feech was responsible for the bookkeeping and ran several games under Ecroil Dimeo,s leadership.When one of Feech,s games was robbed by Tony Soprano and Jackie Aprile he wanted them dead but they were saved by the influence of Tony,s father Johnny and Jackie,s brother Richie.in 1984 Feech Was convicted on charges of promoting gambling,racketeering and fraud. Following his release Feech went to dinner With Tony(Who now controlled the family),his uncle Junior and his brother-in-law Bobby Baccalieri to request he return to work as sports better,Tony agreed to this on the condition that Feech did not step on anyone,s toes.Feech Went to see local Gardner Sal Vitro who had been cutting the grass for decades and took Tony,s cousin Tony Blundetto to accompany him. Feech claimed his nephew Garry reserved the right to the area.after Sal was dismissive Feech broke his arm before horrified Blundetto dragged him away.Tony,s capo Paulie Gualtieri became involved as the situation With Sal was upsetting to his mother and aunt.he approached Gary,asking him to give Sal his old area back,when Gary refused,Paulie hit his brother Jimmy in The head with a shovel causing Gary to fall out of the tree he was trimming.Paulie then robbed Gary,took his lawnmower as a downpayment,demanded Gary pay Sal,s hospital bills and let him take a cut of Gary,s profits.Tony ruled that Sal and Gary would divide the contentous neighborhood in half.though Feech was angered by this Paulie insisted he was lucky to get that much.at a card game Tony had made clear Dr Ira Freid was a friend he didn,t want messed with,despite this Feech still arranged to have cars from the wedding of Freid,s daughter Stolen to sell them to Johnny Sack,s underlings.Tony remembered having a similar experience with Richie and decided he had to deal with Feech immediately. Tony sent Christopher Moltisanti and Benny Fazio to trick Feech into storing a truck of stolen plasma televisions in his garage. Tony arranged for a parole officer to arrive, see the televisions and arrest Feech. The reason Tony didn't just have Feech killed was that he foresaw serious morale problems if he had such a well-liked and respected man murdered.
