Elec Man is one of the Robot Master that appears in Megaman. He was created by Dr. Light and built to control power plants, he reprogrammed by Dr. Wily for helps you to rule the world. He is hailed as one of Dr. Light's greatest creations. Elec Man has an arrogant, selfish, vain and sadistic personality but is also very responsible. His weapon is the Thunder Beam it's a fast ray that takes a lot of damage.
He is often told to be the most difficult Robot Master of the game. This is because he runs fast around the room and fires his beam of lightning repeatedly, causing great damage to the Megaman and firing at the heel. His weakness is the Roller Cutter.
