Earl is a seldom-seen villain in the cartoon Beavis and Butt-head.
He was voiced by Dean Julian.
Background[]
Earl is a student at Highland High School which is also attended by Beavis and Butt-head. He sits in the front row of Van Driesen's class. Beavis and Butt-head sit in the back row of the same class. Earl rarely pays attention and reads porn magazines instead.
History[]
Incognito[]
Earl's only major role is in the episode Incognito. During class, Butt-head flicks a green sauce. It flies by Earl's face and angers him. He opens his jacket to reveal a pistol that is tucked into his jeans. This intimidates Beavis and Butt-head.
After school, the duo watch TV in their house. They watch a crime drama where the main character is forced into relocation for unknown reasons. This gives them an idea. Beavis and Butt-head decide to wear hats and sunglasses in order to hide their true identity.
The next day in class, Beavis and Butt-head wear their disguises. They act like two different people but fail to trick Earl or Van Drieson. Earl threatens the duo again when he opens his fest to reveal his pistol. He shoots it but he misses He ends up hitting the chalkboard in the room. Everyone, except for Van Drieson, is shocked. Van Drieson takes the pistol which upsets Earl. Relieved, Beavis and Butt-head remove their disguises. The class continues without any more interruptions.
Pierced[]
Earl has a lesser role in the episode Pierced. Beavis and Butt-head are sitting on the sidewalk in front of Highland High School. Butt-head notices Earl smoking and wearing an earring. Earl is annoyed from Beavis and Butt-head staring at him. Butt-head sarcastically says that Beavis has a problem. Earl beats them up and threatens them not to bother him again. Afterwards, Beavis and Butt-head leave Earl alone.
