Dr. Mikhail Cossack is a brilliant Russian scientist who became the main antagonist because of Dr. Wily in Megaman 4.
When Dr. Wily kidnaps the daughter of the brilliant scientist Dr. Cossack and forces him to defeat the Megaman, then the Dr. Cossack with no choice he agrees to do so. He then sends a message to Dr. Light to the Megaman who would prove that he is the best robotic scientist in the world and he then sends his Robot Masters to defeat the Megaman. When Megaman defeats the Robot Masters and the other robberies of Dr. Cossack, he and Megaman thern face each other. He is defeated by the Megaman for more before the Megaman could strike against him, the Proto Man appears with the Kalinka that the daughter of Dr. Cossack he was being manipulated by Dr. Wily to aid him in his schemes to try beat the Megaman. After the defeat of Dr. Wily, he becomes friend Dr. Light and becomes his ally and creates a pet theft called Beat.
