Delia is the overreaching antagonist in the Lilo and Stich franchise, serving as the unseen antagonist in season 1 and 2 of the Stitch! anime series, based off of the Lilo and Stitch franchise, and the main antagonist of the third season finale of the Stitch!.
She was voiced by Romi Park in Japanese sub and Mary Elizabeth McGlynn in English dub.
Biography[]
Delia is an evil alien woman who is the scourge of the galaxy, declaring as the most number one, public enemy of the Galactic Federation. She's also in a partnership with Dr. Hämsterviel to get the Neo-PowerChip that is inside of Stitch and take over the entire galaxy. She was Dr. Jumba Jookiba's girlfriend and used to call him "Jumbles", but secretly, she and Hämsterviel were only using him to make experiments (including Experiment 6262/Stitch) so they can steal them and use them as an powerful army for their own evil goals of conquering the universe. Once Jumba eventually learned of Delia's plan, that led to their break-up, and despite it all, he creates Stitch and they are both arrested by the Galactic Federation before Delia could take Stich.
Delia altered a majority of Jumba's experiments, which had caused them to become physically stronger and evil, but Angel is rescued by Stitch. Delia calls Hämsterviel the wrong name like others who gets his name wrong, such as "Hämterwheel" as usual, and mistakes him for a bunny, rat or gerbil . When Hämsterviel's plans go wrong, she eventually punishes him based on whatever scheme he used.
Delia eventually creates the final ultimate experiment on her own and its name is Dark End with Stitch's DNA, to use him as a weapon to rule the entire universe. Delia began the creation of Dark End at the start of the third season of the Stitch! anime and continued working on him until the second-to-last episode. After Dark End was created, Delia then invades Earth and sends him out to defeat and destroy Stitch.
Stitch successfully defeats Dark End with the help of other experiments. Afterward, the Grand Councilwoman arrests Delia, Hämsterviel, Gantu, who turns into babies, and Reuben for their crimes against the Galactic Federation, and they are both sent to the Prison Asteroid K-37.

- Despite her partnership with Dr. Hämsterviel, it's very clear through her actions and torture of him that she takes over his role as the primary antagonist.
