Delex is an alien monster with the battery theme, he can turn people into batteries, he soon joins the Broodwing and then he uses his power to can drain the vital force of human beings and store their cells on drums. Delex soon has a fight against the SPD Rangers and after defeated he uses his vital energy to grow but he is defeated by S.W.A.T. Megazord.
