Darth Plagueis is the posthumous overarching antagonist of the Star Wars franchise, he serves as the posthumous overarching antagonist of Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith and a posthumous antagonist in the rest of the Skywalker Saga. In Legends, he is the titular villainous protagonist of the novel Darth Plagueis and the unseen overarching antagonist of Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace and several novels set prior to The Phantom Menace.
Personality[]
Evil, hateful, and manipulative, as he got Palpatine to become a Sith. He was also very influential with the Dark Side of the Force.
History[]
At one point, he found Palpatine, and taught him everything he knew, which, in fact, never included creating life, but did include the teachings of the Sith. However, Palpatine became smarter and much more powerful than Plagueis because of his teachings. Then, after Plagueis taught Sidious everything he knew, Palpatine disposed of his master, Palpatine claims to have killed him in his sleep, though a Non-Canon comic shows he slowly electrocuted him to death. His legacy was told to Anakin Skywalker by Palpatine.
