Dante Kroll was a spree killer who appeared in CSI: Miami, he was the main antagonist in the episode Caged, he was also one five criminals who escaped from prison along with Jack Toller, Memmo Fierro, Tex Gilroy and Patrick Clarkson. He is portrayed by Franky G.

History[]

Biography[]

Dante was a competitive martial arts fighter and also a rising star on the circuit. He trained together with Logan Shepherd, with whom he had a brotherly friendship. And although he is rising star, he only won one fight. After that, he got into a fight and ended up killing a man in the process. Afterwards, Logan testified against him, and Dante was sent to prison for twenty years, and after serving his 8-year sentence, he met with other eight criminals led by Joe LeBrock on an escape plan, the plan was succesful and Dante managed to escape along with Jack Toller, Memmo Fierro and two other criminals. After that, he separated from the other criminals, and soon became focused on his plan for revenge again Logan for betraying him.

After that, Dante just waited for the championship time, and the match to take place. He then put his plan into practice and killed a local guard named Tim Garrigan and posed as police officer and stole his backpack and car. Then he contacts his former partner, Mike Darrow and then the two kidnap Logan's wife, Brooke and forcing them to fight to get Dante out of the arena. He then sneaks into the safe and the guard opens the door for him, Dante kills him and steals his money. Then the CSI captured Darrow and they give what they want. He also fights Ryan Wolfe, but manages to escape. Then he meets Logan, takes him to Brooke and shoots him, and tells him that we are even now, then Dante takes his glove from his hiding place and kills a policeman on the way. Afterwards, Dante is surprised by the appearance of Horatio who confronts him, and he raises his gun towards Horatio, he then tries to shoot Horatio, but is targeted in self-defense, Dante survives and screams saying that he is the victim and tries to shoot at Horatio, but he is shot by the police who dies.
