The Creeper is the main antagonist of the horror movie franchise called Jeepers Creepers;. He is an ancient demon with a humanoid appearance and reminiscent of a bat.
It was portrayed by Jonathan Breck.

Background[]
At the beginning of the events in the series, Creeper was an immortal being who although not much is known about his past besides that he was revealed in the comics that he made human sacrifice in the time of the Aztecs. And when the Europeans went to the Roanoke the killed everyone who went there, devouring them, and thus responsible for the disappearance in North Carolina at the Roanoke Colony. In addition, Creeper was also responsible for destroying other civilizations and killing the inhabitants. In the comics they show the extensions of the powers of the Creeper as for example the fragments of the souls of its victims.

Patricia "Trish Jenner" and her younger brother Darrius "Darry" Jenner drive around the countryside of Florida for spring break. A few moments later, an old rusty truck drives behind them, honking at them aggressively. As it tailgates their 4-door sedan, it eventually passes, and the mysterious driver stops near an abandoned church. Trish and Jerry see him dumping what appears to be human corpses encased in blood-stained sheets into a pipe.
