Coach Crawford is the minor antagonist of The Casagrandes. He is the former gym teacher at Cesar Chavez Academy.
He is voiced by Jonathan Banks.
Biography[]
Team Effort[]
As the main antagonist of this episode, Coach Crawford gets passed by Ronnie Anne and her friends who skateboarding and tells them to pick a team sport to attend. When Ronnie Anne and her friends planning to create their first club, he told them that skateboarding is not actually a sport because it's a nuisance and disrespecting the rules. Crawford looks his rule book and tells the four that they need at least six members and matching uniforms by tomorrow.
The next day, Coach Crawford is drinking his coffee at the gym before gets approached by Ronnie Anne and her friends who successfully made their stake team. He looks his rule book and tells the six that they have to win a qualifier match to declare a team which he'll arrange for a match after school. While Crawford is annoyed with the skate team which is non-team sport, he schemes to make the skate team lose by vandalizing the principal's portrait, putting gum under the desks in Ms. Galiano's class and flunking Laird's math test to put the blame on the four of Ronnie Anne's friends. Later, Ronnie Anne discovers that Crawford gave them Margarita's business card which he tricked them.
Back at school, Crawford was confronted by Ronnie Anne and her friends for giving them a bogus address and framing the four of Ronnie Anne's friends. He confesses that he didn't give them a team because the skaters are a bunch of noisy slackers. Crawford realizes that skateboarders are not bad and decides to let Ronnie Anne and her friends have their team. Sometime later as the skate team having fun, he gets crashed by Laird and tells someone to teach him how to stop properly.
Back to School Special[]
In the comic book issue "Pass Class or Dash", Coach Crawford announces the students that he create an obstacle course from the gym to his office. He told the students that they'll get free ice cream sundae coupons if they pass the final test.
Later, Crawford confronts Ronnie Anne and Sid by telling them that gym is more than being tough or athletic. He forces Ronnie Anne and Sid to help him with giving students some free ice cream sundaes as punishment for not following his exact instructions.
Strife Coach[]
Coach Crawford is seen in flashback who always making the students work so hard in gym class which he doesn't like to see them weakness and laziness. However, he is retired from being a gym teacher and Mrs. Kernicky was hired to become a new gym teacher.
