Detective Chester Lake was a detective with the Manhattan Special Victims Unit, partnered with Odafin Tutuola. He was also a murderer who killed a dirty cop and rapist in cold blood. He was arrested at the scene where the dead body was found by two police officers and imprisoned for the murder.
He was portrayed by Adam Beach.
