Charmcaster is a recurring villainess in the "Ben 10" franchise. She is Gwen's arch-nemesis and the niece of Hex. Most importantly, she is also the daughter of the late Spellbinder who died before the events of the series. Despite of her cold behavior, she did have a soft side towards her father. She was voiced by Kari Wahlgren, who also voiced Kitana and Mileena in Mortal Kombat 11.
