Chaka is a major antagonist in the anime-manga series known as Black Lagoon. He was a violent and sadistic Yakuza member who wanted to fight Revy because he was looking for a strong opponent.

Chaka is a sadistic, cruel and arrogant criminal who will be seen as an idiot by his friends. On his first appearance, he already knew of Revy's high reputation in Japan as a sniper in Roanapur for the Yakuza. He also wanted to move and conquer the leadership of the group, in addition Chaka had no sense of loyalty even to his subordinates, since he beat one of them just because of his sociopathic behavior, he also shot his own men for trying to escape, a bad action that even disgusted Revy. He is also totally, stingy, cowardly and sociopathic, besides that he is also totally incopent which suits his sociopathic nature, and in end when he was killed, Ginji still claimed that this death was too good for him.
