Biography[]
Very little is known about Chad Mills's past life apart from his being born on January 10, 1977, he also suffered from Mysophobia, and he had saved six unknown people in electrical fire in the warehouse. And other nines in the fire. However, in one of those people he saved, he infected him with tuberculosis, at a time when he was unprotected, and in addition, he later began to develop personality traits of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. And because of that, Chad started killing several people who touched him, to prevent the disease from spreading.

Mills soon started when he killed his third victim, a woman named Lindsay Leeman. After he kills Jeremy, he is an unknown man. In addition, Mills almost kidnaps Sarah Mapes and killed her. Soon after Mills kidnaps Scott. Meanwhile, BAU is looking for your, and thanks to Garcia, they manage to find out where Mills is. Then BAU then goes to confront him who is with Scott as a hostage. While Morgan, JJ and Rossi try to convince Mills to surrender, Mills instead kills himself setting fire.

- It is very likely that Chad Mills's life was based on that of a serial killer, from Israel being Nicolai Bonner. Mills, like Bonner, were serial killers who hatedd homeless people. And they both killed them because of their delusional beliefs.
