Villainous Bullies

Villainous Bullies are a type of bully who's bullying goes beyond simple verbal or physical abuse and extends into actual illegal activities that classifies them as villains. Bullies like this typically use extreme measures to antagonize or otherwise hurt their victims (typically the protagonist) such as using blackmail, kidnapping them/their loved ones, trying to break their mind with their torment or even attempting to kill them.

NOTE: If a character's bullying does not consist of anything to truly classify them as actual evil characters as most bullies are simply jerks and bad characters who antagonize other characters instead of real villains. Do not add them to this category unless they show exceptionally cruel or has immoral traits. Bullies are also occasionally neutral characters who aren't mean which can antagonize some characters.
