Villainous Benchmarks

The Villainous Benchmarks are villains who aren't quite heinous enough to be either Inconsistently Heinous, Near Pure Evil or Pure Evil, but serve as an example on how evil villains within the majority of the villains of the story without going being so heinous. As such they serve as a benchmark for the heinous standard on what a villain has to do in order to surpass, but make no mistake just because these villains aren't the worst of the worst does not mean in any way they aren't awful as some are still seen to be detestable despite not surpassing the most heinous some VB are Magnificent Baddies.
