This category is for characters who show pettiness to others by making a big deal out of nothing or otherwise act mean-spirited. Which they show by resorting to moderate to extreme levels of antagonism for laughably small reasons, often to show how narcissistic or overdramatic the antagonist is. They can be driven to commit unspeakable acts just for the most pathetic and trivial motives and goals.

This also counts antagonists whose deeds are laughable, even if they're compared with their worst deeds.
