Karma Houdini

Characters who go unpunished or are insufficiently punished for their actions. These characters are the exact opposite of Scapegoats, and a villain cannot be both a Karma Houdini and a Scapegoat. Characters who are driven away but not brought to justice (e.g Agatha Trunchbull) also count.
