Extortionists

Extortionists are criminals who violently force others into unfair deals, usually for monetary or political gain. A prime example of this is a protection racket, whereby a gang or organization offers to keep a business "safe" but demands a sizable reward in exchange; this practice can also be applied to individuals when one extracts money or other commodities from another via intimidation or fear.

They are a worse version than Blackmailers and Deal Makers since they use violence to make the victim submit to the deal, while Blackmailers simply expose information about the victim if they refuse to pay and Deal Makers are a more general version and could use any punishment or even none at all.
