These villains usually don't have moral agency due to being created to be evil, though this isn't always the case. On some occasions, these villains can be Pure Evil if they cross a line the creator themselves wouldn't cross, or turn on their creator in favor of causing as much suffering as possible (e.g. Max Zorin, most versions of Ultron, NOS-4-A2, Black Noir, Abomination, Bryan Fury, Cell, and Vanitas).
