Crackers

Crackers are technology-based criminals who use their computer-related skills to steal valuables, cause system disruptions or frame others for crimes they didn't commit; at the most extreme they are cyberterrorists. They are commonly confused with Hackers. In reality Hackers are more neutral and skilled at making machines in general do things outside specifications. As such Crackers are Hackers but not always vice-versa.
