Charismatic

A charismatic person is someone who is cheerful or uplifting. Sometimes they are even inspiring as not all villains are completely bad.

Squidward- Despite Squidward being a sour down most of the time he can be very positive and uplifting when he wants to be.

Bill Cypher- Bill despite how they are and how cruel they are. Sometimes they are quite cheerful and positive when they want to be. While this is mostly done in a sadist nature he still is charismatic.

Patrick Star- Patrick is often nice and kind to people around him despite him being stupid. Even though he fakes it he still is nice and often tries to be a good friend for Spongebob and everyone around him.

William Afton- Even though he was kind at one point not anymore of course. He was still kind at one point meaning that he is still technically Charismatic.
