Carla Hines is the antagonist who appeared in Criminal Minds on The Inspiration and The Inspirator in season 9. She is the mother of twin killers Wallace and Jesse Hines, and also indirectly responsible for their crimes.
She is portrayed by Camryn Manreim.

Biography[]
Carla Hines was born on May 5, she was a normal mother. However, she was a malignant narcissist. She had a relationship with Bill Robbins who later started showing signs of schizophrenia. And in that relationship she got pregnant and gave birth to two twins. However, only Wallace raised Carla's ego. With that, she then put Jesse up for adoption, and stayed with Wallace. And during adulthood, Wallace soon had a problem with his ex-girlfriend Heather Clarke. He was diagnosed with delusional problems. Then Carla was secretly disappointed in Wallace, and found out about Jesse, and planned for him to kill him.

The Inspiration[]
After Heather Clarke's disappearance, Wallace soon begins to kill the women who resemble Heather. Meanwhile, Carla tries to find him to talk to him. But then when Wallace loses control, BAU goes after him, and instead of arresting Wallace, they arrest Jesse in his place.
The Inspirator[]
After that, Carla returns to her home and destroys her connection with Bill Robbins, she contacts Jesse about her plan. But Jesse doesn't show up there, she is also interrogated by, Hotch soon starts to question her. She also insults Bill Robbins by calling him a loser, and calls on his lawyer, Mark Anderson to defend her. Afterwards, Carla soon arms together with Jesse to make Wallace appear, Wallace and Jesse soon begins to confront each other, with one of the two surviving, which was Wallace, but because they are twins, this confused them. Even Wallace starts to shake his hands, which made him arrested, and Carla also went to orchestrate everything.
