Candy Goblin

The Candy Goblin is the main antagonist of The Casagrandes season 3 episode "Curse of the Candy Goblin".

He is voiced by Jim Conroy.

Biography[]

Curse of the Candy Goblin[]

The real Candy Goblin doesn't appear through the rest of the episode until at the end. Disguised by Sergio and Sancho, the Candy Goblin appears by the window and scares the Casagrande kids. He enters the apartment and warns the kids that they took more than one candy from him, they better run for their lives. The Candy Goblin enters the other apartment while the Casagrande kids attempting to barricade the door, but he enters the window to chase them through the other rooms.

At Carlos and Frida's room, the Candy Goblin enters the room and found the Casagrande kids. He attempts to kidnap Ronnie Anne while Carl shoots him with his Elote Blaster to save her. After the Casagrande kids retreat to the mercado, he catches up to the kids by ordering them return the stolen treats, but the kids get into argument when they refuse. The Candy Goblin kidnaps Carlitos and use him as an ultimatum while the Casagrande kids feel guilty for not including Carlitos during Halloween.

When the Casagrande kids arrive at the abandoned house to save Carlitos, the Candy Goblin hides in the pram to scare them. He slides the bowl away from the kids with a string. The Candy Goblin orders the Casagrande kids to hand him the candy they stole and from trick-or-treating while he gives Carlitos back to them. He expects the kids to give their candy to him next year, or else he’ll be back. The Candy Goblin then scares the Casagrande kids away.

Later that night as Carlitos crawls up to the rooftop, the Candy Goblin shows up and reveal that he is really Sergio and Sancho in disguise who It turns out that the three plan to get candy from the Casagrande kids as revenge for ditching them. The real Candy Goblin appears to scare Carlitos, Sergio and Sancho.

Spooky Special[]

In the comic book issue "The Goblin's Sweet Revenge", the librarian tells CJ, Nikki, Ricky and unnamed boy a story about the Goblin's sweet revenge. He plays with the animals of the forest, gathering flowers for his home and creating exquisite treats. The next day after the three kids steal all his treats and flowers last night, the Candy Goblin is very angry and decides to get revenge on those who took his precious sweets.

Back at the library as the story finish, the librarian tells the four kids to have some candy and take one, which CJ worries about what happened last time. The Candy Goblin appears to scare the kids who took more than one and told them that they all better run.
