Eclipse Cancer is one of the main antagonists that appears in the Eclipse Celestial Spirits arc in the anime/manga called Fairy Tail.
Personality[]
Cancer has a good humorous personality who loves to dance and is different from his original countepart, who uses ebi at the end of the sentence, this version of Eclipse Cancer always uses kani at the end of the sentence, and he also has a habit of speaking broken English. Cancer also has a homosexual tendency as seen in his dance with Gray.
History[]
Eclipse Celestial Spirits arc[]
Cancer first appeared announcing to Lucy along with the other Zodiac Spirits that her contracts are nullified, puzzling because she disagrees, since her relationship with spirits is not based on contracts and orders, however because they do not remember her. By the time they spent the 12 Spirits together they attack Lucy, who she manages to be unharmed. Then in order to have the freedom they want so badly. Virgo manages to take the Celestial Globe and make the Liberum inside the Astral Spirytus after they perform ritual. Natsu appears and interrupts the ritual making all 12 Celestial Spirit furious with him, and when the 12 Spirit were ready to attack Natsu. However later when the other members of Fairy Tail appears the 12 Celestial Spirit split and each member of Fairy Tail goes after a Celestial Spirit.
Then Cancer is found in a dance club where Gray goes after him. When Cancer asks him to dancr leaving Gray annoying and wondering why he didn't get another Celestial Spirit. Gray refuses to say that he would rather die than do it. Then Cancer begins the dance and cuts off Gray is feeling of shame, making him dance and when Cancer realizes Gray is overtakinghim. Cancer then turns the dance floor into ice skating. However realizing that he can lose Cancer decides turns the dance battle into a real battle, and he attacks Gray and after blooking all Gray's attacks, and the same eventually grabs Cancer, and the two begins a skating duet, and after Gray defeats, Cancer finally admits defeat, and Gray tells Cancer not to dance about anyone before Gray sends him to the spirit world using the key.
After being sent to the spirit world. It is revealed by Ophiucus that everything was not related to the desires of the Spirits but to the Eclipsed Celestial Spirit King. Then when Natsu defeats the Eclipsed Celestial Spirit King and saves the 12 Celestial Spirit and they all return to normal.
