Bullies are minor antagonists in 2021 Disney film Cruella. They are Cruella's former schoolfriends.

Catherine Miller told Estella to be nice in the school. Estella tried to meet boys by the nice way, but they chose to insult her instead by calling her a skunk because of her black and white hair. She later met Anita, who became her company member. She told Estella to ignore the boys. Estella told she will ignore them, but it might not last. That happened. They continued to bully Estella. They started to throw paper balls on her. They later grabbed her and tossed her in trash. One of them started fight with her and wanted to kill her, but she outpowered him and beat him up. She went to the principal's office and got expelled from the school.
