Brock Wickersham is the secondary antagonist of What About Mimi?. He is a dimwitted bully who attends Starfish Bay Elementary and frequently harasses a nerd named Herbert Finkle and sometimes the title character.
He is voiced by Tony Sampson.
Appearance[]
Brock is a fat kid with white skin, and a red coat with a black "8" shirt underneath, and blue pants, and shoes.
Personality[]
Brock is a bully, and he knows it. He is usually seen harassing (and sometimes blackmailing) Russel into doing his deeds for him, such as pulling pranks on other kids or the title character herself along with his goons, and sometimes getting him into trouble. Though usually he pulls pranks on a nerdy kid named Herbert Finkle. In the episode "Deep Sea Mimi", when Mimi and her friends were trapped in the middle of the ocean, instead of helping them, he just leaves them there, thus endangering them.
