Boss is portrayed as sneaky, dishonest, manipulative, and somewhat cold-hearted cat,who will do anything to achieve their goals of spoiling other people's fun or winning at a game even if it means cheating in some competition is a cunning cat who finds joy in tormenting the Buffycats.

CHILDHOOD
Much about Boss's past is unknown, it is not known what happened to him to make him become mean and violent, but in the Christmas episode it is revealed that when he was a child he received a toy mouse as a gift that made that the best Christmas that he already had.
