Bonecrusher is a Decepticon and a minor antagonist of Transformers.

Bonecrusher was hiding out in a military base when he received a order from Starscream ordering the Decepticons to converge on the location of the AllSpark. Leaving the base, he reported that he was "rolling" out. Sometime after this, he rendezvoused with Barricade and Devastator, and the three Decepticons headed off together to intercept the Autobots and their human allies who had the AllSpark in their possession.
Bonecrusher and Barricade continued their pursuit on the freeway. Barricade activated his sirens to clear the traffic and allow them more maneuvering room, while Bonecrusher used his mine-scoop to flip cars out of his way. Optimus Prime, Ironhide, and Ratchet aligned to block the Decepticons from Bumblebee, who had the AllSpark and the humans. After Barricade pulled over to the side of the road, Bonecrusher transformed while still moving and skated towards the Autobots. Optimus transformed and slid into position to block his path. Bonecrusher smashed through a bus, and tackled Optimus, pushing him off an overpass tumbling and falling off the edge, dragging the Autobot leader down with him.
When they landed, he sucker-punched Optimus Prime, who then hit Bonecrusher so hard one of the Decepticon's optics popped free from its socket. After Prime jumped down to ground level, Bonecrusher swung his claw wildly at the Autobot. This gave Optimus the opportunity he needed to get his sword ready which he used to cut off Bonecrusher's right arm and run through his neck, nearly severing it. Optimus then wrenched Bonecrusher's head from its neck and tossed it aside.
Personality[]
Bonecrusher is decribed as having a misantropic hatred of everything in existence, including himself. Thus, he releases his repressed anger in explosive bursts of brutality. He sticks around as a Decepticon out of fear of being killed by Megatron. While a excellent tactician on Cybertron, he was left on the sidelines, leading to his fustration overcoming him. It had made him so reckless that he'll unflinchingly take on opponents of any size, which led to him being killed by Optimus.
Trivia[]
- Bonecrusher transforms into a Buffalo minesweeper.
- Bonecrusher does not seem to be part of the Construticons, unlike in Generation One.
- Boecrusher does not seem to speak English during the film, just roaring. He may be speaking Cybertronian, than saying anything in English.
- A very similar looking Decepticon appears in Revenge of the Fallen as part of the army in Egypt, briefly seen fighting Ironhide before getting destoyed by the USAF bombing run. Given that the toy bio states that Bonecusher survived the first film, this could mean that this Decepticon is the same. However it is more likely, like with Blackout and Grindor, this is a case of the same body type being shared.
