Bomb Man is a secundary antagonist that appeared in Megaman original, and in his version of remake, Megaman: Powerer Up.

He was a robot reprogrammed by Dr. Wily. He acts like a teenager. They tend to spend both their bombs and their money. Bomb Man was initially is created for demolition and land develompment. He was initially walled up with Guts Man. He then reprogrammed by Dr. Wily in an attempt to dominate the world. During the battle, he jumps around the room while throwing bombs at the Megaman. The attack of the Bomb Man are much accurate. He will always jump out when Megaman is around. His weakness is the Fire Storm.
