Bludgeon is a Decepticon Pretender, and a major antagonist of Marvel's the Transformers comics. A skilled warrior, that resembles a skeletal Samurai, Bludgeon is the master of the art of Metallikato, and is usually part of the Mayhem Attack Squad, but has been known to rise to be Decepticon leader.

When Decepticons Catilla and Carnivac defected to the Autobots, in The Hunting Party Bludgeon joined the new Mayhem Attack Squad to hunt them down, which also included Stranglehold, Octopunch, Needlenose, Spinister, and Snarler. After a solid light simulation of battling Optimus Prime, Fortress Maxinus, and Ratchet, the Squad was allowed to hunt down and kill Catilla, Carnivac, and their Wrecker allies. to be added
