Blooregard Q. Kazoo (simply known as Bloo) is an Imaginary Friend in the Cartoon Network series Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends. He is the only character to appear in every episode. He is known as Mac's best imaginary friend, who Mac adopted in Foster's Home, a place where other imaginary friends live and are well taken care of.
He's an unclever, self-centered, mischievous, cynical, jealous, greedy, selfish, narcissistic, antagonistic, and immature maniac as he makes mischief in the house, has committed crimes and acts like a jerk most of the time.
He was voiced by Keith Ferguson.

Trivia[]
- Craig McCracken originally intended to give Bloo character development but the network refused since they didn't want the show to have continuity, so he remained an insufferable jerk. Had this been done, Bloo most likely wouldn't have gotten a spot on this wiki since his more repulsive actions would have been toned down as the show went on.
