Billy Kennedy was antagonist from Scottish soap opera River City who appeared on the show between 2012 and 2013.
Billy was a mobster and the business rival of gangster Lenny Murdoch. Billy was also the husband of the equally evil Martina Kennedy.
Billy's storylines involved his dealings in gangland crimes such as drug dealing ans even murder. Lenny eventually had Billy killed by his men in prison.
Billy was played by Alexander Morton.
